strongest and wealthiest in the world. They also thought that they were
the smartest. They became full of themselves and decadent.

The noble laws which had existed in those countries were gradually
forgotten. Endless parties with wine, food and other amusements became a
mark of status. All this weakened these countries.

The Ice Age was over in the northern countries and life began to develop
fast there.
In wealthy ancient states, these peoples were called barbarians and they
were looked down upon.
The barbarians didnt know how to read and didnt have good manners.
But they were brave and fearless warriors.
They undertook fast raids on southern countries and cities. The
barbarians took what they could with them. The rest they destroyed.

And only ruins remained of the wealthy ancient states.
